After a two-year break due to the COVID pandemic, the Spectrum 2022 conference will
be live and in-person once again on Webster’s St. Louis campus. The day-long event
will be held at 8 a.m.-4 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 18. It will be filled with networking

well as cutting-edge ideas from leading minds and voices in the St. Louis nonprofit
sector.
“We are excited to bring back this professional development conference to our campus," said Barrett Baebler, associate professor and director of the Nonprofit Leadership master's program. "The conference is a great opportunity for Webster students and staff, as well as current and future nonprofit leaders to interact and learn from nonprofit experts and professionals."
Participants can listen to speakers from three tracks: marketing/communications, development/fundraising and leadership/professional development. They also can join the morning keynote titled, “Networking is your Superpower: Back to Connecting In-Person” and an afternoon keynote panel titled, “Working with the Media and Influencers.”
“Holding this conference on our campus provides a forum for our students to connect to real-world professionals, as well as builds on our commitment to support the St. Louis for-profit and nonprofit business community” said Simone Cummings, dean of the George Herbert Walker School of Business & Technology.
The conference is provided by Nonprofit Marketers Network – StL and is co-hosted by Webster’s Nonprofit Leadership program, Webster’s Center for Innovation and Professional Development, and the Walker School.
