Smith also was quoted in a story on Govtech about an attempt to make media literacy a required course in Missouri public schools.

Givens Elementary School Visit

The Webster-Kirkwood Times wrote about a visit that fifth graders from Givens Elementary made to Webster University. Professor Stephanie Schroeder and Adjunct Professor Kate Northcott were both quoted. The members of the men’s and women’s basketball team also were given a shout-out in the story for spending some time with the children.
