College of Fine Arts Events Canceled for Rest of Season

After a discussion with the college leadership and faculty of the College of Fine Arts, it has been determined that the current circumstances surrounding the COVID-19 outbreak mean we will need to cancel all public performances in the programs for the remainder of the current semester.

This decision is effective Tuesday, March 17, out of concern for the safety of students, faculty, staff, and patrons of the College of Fine Arts.

This includes Hunt and Arcade Gallery openings, Conservatory performances, music events, and dance performances.

The Chair of each Department will coordinate with faculty and students, appropriate alternatives to degree recitals, culminating capstone/thesis projects, exhibitions, etc. in order to provide each student the best way to complete their requirements. If students have questions related to these projects, please reach out to the faculty advisor or the chair of your department.
