Webster Ghana's Decade-Long Journey Culminates in Environmental Impact and Graduation Celebration

Webster University Ghana closed out the year with significant events that reflect the institution's commitment to education, environmental sustainability and community impact.
Environmental Impact: Webster Goes Green
Led by Campus Director Christa E. Sanders, Webster Goes Green focuses on environmental sustainability through composting, waste segregation, and a no-plastic campaign. Recent conversations took place at Webster Ghana, involving the leadership of the African University College of Communications, Accra Technical University, and Zoomlion Ghana Limited, a Ghanaian-owned enterprise specializing in comprehensive waste management solutions. Members of these communities, led by environmentalist Malik Ereira, discussed the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) related to environmental sustainability and Webster Ghana's Community Garden. Other universities in Accra are currently looking to build their own community gardens based on Webster's successful model.
2023 Graduation Ceremony
